1. Performance and Applications

WT-305 is a specialized defoamer characterized by rapid defoaming speed, long-lasting foam suppression, excellent stability, and high adaptability to various systems.

Its main features include: (1) Low dosage with high efficiency in defoaming and foam suppression; (2) Fast and persistent foam control capability; (3) Highly effective defoaming performance; (4) Broad adaptability, suitable for different aqueous systems with resistance to acids, alkalis, high and low temperatures; (5) Excellent dispersibility, making it easy to use in water-based systems.

In addition to its outstanding defoaming efficacy, WT-305 also exhibits excellent foam suppression performance. Therefore, adding this product to a non-foaming aqueous solution can prevent foam formation, and only a minimal amount is required to achieve optimal foam suppression.

The optimal dosage of WT-305 is influenced by factors such as the temperature of the foaming solution, the degree of foaming, foaming characteristics, and agitation. Generally, a dosage of 10-100 ppm of WT-305 defoamer is recommended. The suggested dosage is 30 ppm, but it should be adjusted according to the specific requirements of the customer's process to achieve the most economical and effective level. It can be widely used in various wastewater treatment applications, including cooling tower cooling water treatment, circulating water treatment, paper mill wastewater treatment, dye wastewater treatment, chemical plant water treatment, pesticide wastewater treatment, power plant desulfurization wastewater treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, municipal wastewater biological treatment systems, and chemical cleaning water treatment for defoaming.

3. Usage Method

Specific usage methods for WT-305: (1) It can be directly added to the liquid interface or diluted 1-10 times before addition. Diluted product should not be stored for long periods; (2) The specific dosage should be determined by on-site technicians based on actual conditions; (4) Adjust the usage amount according to different foaming systems, with a recommended range of a few thousandths to a few ten-thousandths.

4. Packaging and Storage

WT-305 is packaged in plastic drums, with sizes of 50 kg, 25 kg per drum, or as specified by customer requirements.

5. Safety and Protection

WT-305 is weakly alkaline. During operation, pay attention to labor protection and avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
